What is The Kebab Spike Co’s returns policy?

 

Returning unwanted goods.

If you’ve decided to change your mind and wish to return your goods to The Kebab Spike Company, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order at thekebabspikeco@gmail.com or via our socials. Once you have told us you wish to return your goods, you will have 14 days to return the unwanted goods. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Typically, we aim to respond to all returns requests within 48 hours. 

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

You must have a valid proof of purchase and all items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened.

If you try to return item(s) after the relevant returns period, we may have to send the item(s) back to your delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. 

Returning orders by mail.

  • All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, unused and unopened.
  • Package your goods securely and make sure our return address label is clearly displayed. If you have handwritten our returns address, please make sure this can be read easily and is displayed clearly. 
  • Return postage costs or other delivery costs are not included (unless you have been supplied with faulty or incorrect goods).
  • The Kebab Spike Company is not responsible for any goods lost in the post so we recommend you send your goods via a trusted and reputable courier and request tracking information.

Please note that if the goods have not been returned to us in their original, fully resaleable condition, we may refuse to refund your item and may ask you to cover the delivery costs if you want the goods returned.

Faulty/damaged or received the wrong item

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that your goods are faulty/damaged or you have received the wrong order, please contact us at thekebabspikeco@gmail.com or via our socials. 

To deal with your query quickly and effectively, please ensure you include:

 

  • Your order number (or a picture of your receipt if you purchased your goods from one of our pop-up shops).
  • A description of the fault or problem.
  • A picture of the fault.
  •  

    Do not send your faulty goods without contacting The Kebab Spike Co first. We will provide you with a free, pre-paid returns label and we will replace or repair your item in the event that your goods are faulty/damaged as a result of manufacturing faults.

    Accidental damage and general wear and tear is not covered.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Cancelling or amending orders

    The Kebab Spike Co. processes your order quickly but if you need to cancel or amend your order (for example changing the delivery address) then get in touch with us ASAP at thekebabspikeco@gmail.com or via our socials and we will try are best to resolve your issue.
